We’re proud to specialise in working with older adults and supporting those with specific medical conditions often overlooked by traditional gyms. Our founder’s lifelong passion for health and fitness has shaped every corner of our gym. With decades of experience—including working with athletes at the Olympic level—this journey began as a solo venture and has grown into a team of expert trainers, each specialising in different areas to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

DEAN SMITH

OWNER / PT

Owner, Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor


With decades of experience and a lifelong passion for fitness, I specialize in working with clients who have specific medical needs, helping them safely and effectively achieve their goals. My expertise lies in tailoring training programs for all ages and physical abilities, ensuring results-driven, safe operation of equipment.

Having trained as an amateur bodybuilder, martial artist, and powerlifter, I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience to every session. Over the years, I’ve worked with “A-list” musicians, DJs, producers, MMA fighters, rugby league players, and TV personalities, gaining unique insights into fitness and performance.

As a mature trainer, I understand the challenges of aging and how to adapt training methods to support recovery and long-term success. My mission is to help clients thrive, regardless of age or physical restrictions.

GRACE SMIITH

PT / YOGA TEACHER

Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher & Fitness Instructor


Blending over 20 years of strength training experience with more than a decade as a qualified yoga teacher, I offer a unique approach to personal training. My sessions often incorporate elements of yoga and calisthenics, creating a holistic balance between strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

I work primarily with women looking to improve their core strength, flexibility, and overall quality of life. As a mother, I understand the challenges of postnatal recovery and body transformation, tailoring programs to meet these specific needs.

With a calm and mindful approach, inspired by yoga and Buddhist fundamentals, I help clients feel empowered to achieve their fitness goals while finding balance in their lives.

With a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and nearly 20 years of experience in fitness and leisure, I bring a versatile and passionate approach to training. My expertise spans conditioning, general fitness, and working with clients who have mental health challenges.

I often collaborate with Dean to support clients with medical needs, combining knowledge and practical techniques to help them achieve their goals. My broad skill set and dedication to coaching have shaped my professional and personal life, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level and deliver impactful results.

PAUL RICHARDSON

Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor
After serving as a police officer for 30 years, I found a new passion in personal training. I now work with a diverse range of clients, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their fitness goals.

With a background in strength training, rugby, and athletics, I understand the demands of maintaining fitness as we age. Like Dean, I focus on adapting training methods for mature clients, ensuring they can continue to enjoy an active lifestyle while addressing the inevitable changes that come with aging.

Through a tailored and empathetic approach, I help clients rediscover their strength and confidence at any stage of life.
