We're an independent fitness centre, located on Summers Park in Lawford. Our highly knowledgeable team are on hand to support your fitness journey, answer questions and assist with any aspect of the training methodology. We're here to help make your goals achievable and motivate you to reach them.
Quality equipment
The fitness centre is well equipped with the latest equipment from leading providers. Our resistance equipment features rep counters and timers as well as easy to understand guide cards. All of our equipment is self powered where possible, helping us to be more sustainable.
Tailored membership

We offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs with the benefit of no contract and joining fee. All of our memberships are flexible and competitive with discounts available for families. A complimentary induction is offered to all new members to ensure you are familiar with the team and the equipment, as well as any health and safety procedures.
Safe environment

The fitness centre has antiseptic wet-wipe stations throughout and we ask that members wipe down equipment after each use. We also deep clean the centre once a month to ensure the highest possible hygiene and customer safety.
Trainers

Our approachable trainers are here to guide and support your fitness journey. There will always be someone on site to answer any questions, help with an exercise or give you that extra push to help you toward you goals.
